Digital Marketing Manager in Lviv IT Cluster

Lviv IT Cluster is the largest business association in Ukraine, which has united more than 300 of the most successful IT companies and 100,000 technical specialists. We work to develop the industry and protect the interests of the IT business.

We are growing and expanding. In this regard, we are looking for a digital marketing manager - a person who will build promotion strategies for our 20+ projects based on analytics, think through the customer journey and communication channels , work closely with the in-house marketing team and contractors during project launches.

Vacancy open for our offices in Lviv and Kyiv.

Our ideal candidate :

• Held/holds the position of digital marketer in a creative agency for 2+ years
• Has experience in launching advertising campaigns in B2B and B2C segments
• Able to work with email newsletters and chatbots
• Able to manage large contact databases, segment them and build personalized campaigns
• Has experience with email marketing platforms (Mailerlite, SendPulse or similar services)
• Able to work with Google Ads, Meta advertising platforms, as well as GA4, Google Tag Manager, UTM tags< /li>
• Applies A/B testing to track the effectiveness of each step
• Has excellent copywriting skills and developed visual perception to create quality content
• Has strong soft skills and developed critical thinking
• Applies an analytical approach to decision-making. And at the same time, he has a creative mindset and a desire to bring non-standard bright ideas to life
• Offers quality solutions from scratch, moving in parallel with already created ones
• Able to balance and launch several different projects at the same time, in particular in IT field.
• Has experience in management and control of contractors
• Team player who easily adapts and works in a dynamic environment
• Has a level of English from B2
• Can work in the office in Kyiv or Lviv and is ready for business trips

It will be great if you have:

• SEO and content marketing experience< /li>
• WordPress experience

In your responsibilities will include:

• Planning, launching and optimizing advertising campaigns together with contractors in various channels (Google , Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Monitoring of key campaign metrics (CPC, CPA, CTR, ROI) and their continuous improvement
• A/B testing to improve the effectiveness of campaigns
• Working with audiences for segmentation and targeting based on data
• Development, implementation and management of email marketing campaigns (email analysis, automation settings, base segmentation)
• Analysis of the results of email campaigns (OR, CTR, conversions) and implementation of optimizations to increase efficiency
• Cooperation with a team of copywriters, designers and developers for creating creative content and launching projects
• Implementation of digital marketing tools and platforms to automate processes and improve results.

• Work schedule 10:00 - 19:00 from Monday to Friday;
• Working in the Kyiv office ( Arsenalna metro station, Creative States co-working space) or Lviv (Ulasa Samchuk St., 3).
