As a Digital Marketing Executive / Manager, together with the team, you will be responsible for the client's campaigns/products, managing performance and image activities in all online channels. Place of work: Warsaw (hybrid) Working mode: hybrid (1-2 days of work from the office in Powiśle) We provide: Support at the start, i.e. our own onboarding program (first weeks in stationary mode) Implementation alongside the Supervisor (Buddy), who will introduce guide you through the perfo campaign A specific development path, where progress is more important than experience :) A relaxed atmosphere and non-corporate style A friendly workplace (we received the Friendly Workplace 2023 distinction) Access to unique know-how in the field of internet marketing and e-commerce Flexibility understood in a really broad sense Atmospheric office in the magical Powiśle Stable form of employment: after the trial period, an employment contract for an indefinite period You have at least 2 years of experience in digital (as an account servicing a client from the e-commerce and/or financial industries or as a client-side specialist); You can plan, lead and coordinate an online campaign, and defining tasks and setting priorities is not a problem for you; You have practical knowledge of media such as: affiliation, mailing, display direct-buy. Digital terminology - you know it, you know it, you can do it; You are familiar with large xls/csv data sets, you enjoy processing and analyzing them, and then drawing conclusions that translate into real decisions in the campaign. You have experience or determination to acquire skills in Tableau or Data Studio, not only in terms of reading views, but also also co-creating, correcting, and ensuring the correctness of data sources You are able to run the debugging mode in the browser and extract a lot of interesting information from them during online activities GA4 - you are interested in the possibilities of the tool and exploring information from file reports, you are able to verify the correctness of reported events You have the ability to prepare and conduct presentations and discussions You can effectively argue your point.
