OverviewTitle: Sales Ops Specialist (Internal Campaign Manager)Contract: Freelancer, Full timeLocation: Ukraine, remoteCompany: letstrikeIntroOur purpose is to help B2B businesses generate sales meetings with potential clients through cold email campaigns.You will be part of our Sales Operations teams that work closely with the Sales team.This is your golden opportunity to shine if you are enthusiastic about project management, email marketing, and B2B sales and data.You main dutiesManage internal email campaigns, including planning, targeting, data extraction, setup, testing, execution, reporting, and optimization.Manage our CRM for the Sales team, run a lead scoring analysis, organise the introduction meetings using relevant templates to expertly deliver high-quality leads.Generate comprehensive email reports and tailored analyses of campaign performance, delivering actionable insights that fuel continuous improvements in our messaging program.Drive ongoing enhancement of our messaging features and capabilities, including targeting, personalization, and template development, in collaboration with multiple stakeholders: development teams, clients, etc.NB! In 6 to 12 months there might be an expectation of transition into External Campaign Manager. RequirementsExperience> 6 month experience and qualifications in Cold Emailing, Lead Generation, Email Marketing or Campaign ManagementExperience in Account Management or client facing situationsExperience working in an international environmentHigher education, ideally in programmes related to B2B Marketing, Project Management, Business DevelopmentSkillsEnglish full professional proficiency“Roll your sleeves up” attitude and fast executionExceptional adaptability and taste for rapid changesStrong problem solving skills and solution driven attitudeGreat analytical skillsGreat ease in everything digital, cloud systems, and technology in generalExceptional ability to follow a processOtherActive freelancer status, fully registered and aligned with local laws (or eligibility to register)Ability to work and live in the country according to local laws (we don't supply visas)A computer, smartphone with fast internet and 4G plansQuiet dedicated working spaceTaste for a fully remote working style
