Digital marketer in Etnodim

Etnodim is a brand of Ukrainian ethnic clothing. Our team is currently looking for a digital marketer. A person who will be responsible for creating, setting up and optimizing digital marketing strategies (PPC, Retention, SEO) and sales promotion through online channels.

Your duties will include:

< li>Work with SEO, PPC and email marketing to increase traffic.
• Analysis of campaign effectiveness and optimization based on analytical data.
• Creation and management of advertising campaigns in Meta, Google Ads, Bing and Pinterest for Ukraine and international markets.
• Analysis of CA (target audience) and its segmentation.
• Optimization of advertising campaigns to achieve maximum ROI.
• Analysis of competitors and their advertising strategy.
• Monitoring of advertising effectiveness, preparation of reports and recommendations.
• Working with creatives (collection of technical tasks for designers).
• Using remarketing and lookalike audiences.
• Testing new approaches and channels for scaling campaigns.
• Working with native marketing platforms

  It is important for us that the candidate:

  • Had at least 2 years of experience as a PPC manager.
  • Had practical experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
  • Had skills in setting up ads for the Ukrainian market and foreign markets (USA, Europe).
  • Had experience working with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel.
  • li>Had experience working with Retention.
  • Basically understood SEO optimization.
  • Understood the principles of targeting algorithms.
  • Had skills in data analysis and drawing conclusions based on KPI .
  • Former self-organized, attentive to details and had a creative approach.
