Your duties:

• Control and analysis: daily tracking of key sales indicators through the CRM system and advertising platforms, generating reports and submitting them to management.

• Content creation: optimization of text and graphic materials to maximize conversions.

• Analytics and Strategy: analysis of the effectiveness of various customer attraction channels and development of their optimization strategy.

• Coordination with contractors:management of the work of the SMM department, designers, web developers and managers of advertising campaigns.

• SEO and content marketing: development and implementation of an SEO strategy to improve the position of our site in search engines.

• Customer interaction: feedback monitoring, development of communication messages and improvement of customer experience.

Who are we looking for?

• Analytical thinker: you have strong skills in working with analytical tools (Google, Meta Ads) and the ability to draw conclusions based on numbers.

• Creative approach: you can generate original ideas and effectively implement them.

• Organization and leadership:you manage a team well and know how to multitask.
