Digital marketer (100% booking) in NIK-ELEKTRONIKA, TOV

NIK-Elektronika is a leading Ukrainian manufacturer of equipment for automation of energy accounting. We create modern electricity, water, heat and gas meters, as well as software for their management. For more than 15 years, we have been implementing innovative solutions for transparent and efficient accounting of energy resources, working both on the Ukrainian and international markets.

We are looking for Digital marketer who will help us improve online communications, ensure the quality of web resources, automate processes and control the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.

Main responsibilities:

1. Administration of company sites:

o Support for functionality and content relevance on corporate sites.

Performing a regular analysis of the technical condition of the sites and interacting with the developers to eliminate technical problems.

o Implementation of SEO content optimization to improve the visibility of sites in search engines (with a contractor)

o Coordination of the development of new pages, site content goods, news, technical documentation.

2. Setting up automated communications:

o Implementation and setting up of automated e-mails, trigger communications, push notifications.

o Monitoring the efficiency of automations, their regular improvement.

Interaction with contractors to integrate automated communications into the company's marketing strategy.

3. CRM system administration:

o CRM setup and optimization for ease of use by sales and marketing departments.

Control of correctness of data entry in CRM and analysis of work with the customer base.

o Implementation of integrations between CRM and other marketing tools (sites, automation services - together with contractors).

4. Control of advertising contractors:

o Coordination of work with contractors engaged in contextual advertising, targeting and other digital advertising channels.

o Setting tasks, monitoring their execution and analyzing the results of advertising campaigns.

o Evaluating advertising performance using metrics (CPC, ROI, etc.) and providing recommendations for improvement.

5. AnAliza Digital Activity Efficiency:

o Preparation of regular reports on site efficiency, automated communications and advertising campaigns. "FONT-STYLE: NORMAL; FONT-WIGHT: 400"> O Development of proposals for improving the efficiency of digital communication channels. "FONT-WIGHT: 700"> Candidate Requirements:

• work experience in the Didzhital Marketer or similar from 2 years old.
• Site Administration (Opencart).
• Practical skills in working with CRM systems
• Knowledge , Facebook ADS).
• Email Sandpulse Automation Experience (Sendpulse or Willingness to Study A New Platform).
• Understanding Digital Analytics and Ability to Use appropriate Services.
• Attentiveness to details, high levels of self -organization.
• fluent in Ukrainian, English at Intermediate level will be an advantage (or willingness to work with English -language documents and texts at understanding).
