Our partner, the international cosmetic company Mary Kay, has opened a competition for the position of Digital Communications Specialist (social networks).

MAIN PROVISIONS:
1. Ensuring an effective presence of the brand in social networks such as Meta
(Instagram, Facebook), TikTok, YouTube and others.
2. Development of creatives and layouts for placement in social networks
3. Monitoring Internet projects of other companies.
4. Work on creating local photo and video content, as well as work on adapting video materials from the corporate office.
5. Creation and management of interactive content on fan pages to
increase loyalty and increase traffic to the site www.marykay.ua .
6. Maintaining a positive attitude towards the brand in online communities, forums,
blogs and women's sites.
7. Development and implementation of promotions and loyalty programs for customers to increase traffic and popularize the brand.
8. Engagement with thought leaders to increase brand awareness and improve
loyalty of target audience.
9. Analysis of proposals from third parties to promote the Mary Kay brand.
10. Correction and literary editing of articles for web publications and social networks.
11. Training and promotion of social networks among Independent
Beauty Consultants as an effective tool for finding new clients,
attracting business partners, increasing sales.
12. Creation of special training materials on the use of social networks for corporate web materials and training modules.

BASIC DUTIES:
1. Administration and development of company pages in social networks, including
Meta (Instagram, Facebook), YouTube, TikTok and others.
2. Analysis and effective management of key metrics and KPIs across each
channel of promotion, including preparation of reports.
3. Formation and coordination of plans for placing information on official pages in social networks. Publication and moderation of information in accordance with the approved content plan.
4. Creation of visual and textual content in accordance with the brand identity for publication in social networks.
5. Visual design of pages in social networks for effective
positioning of the brand.
6. Independent creation of local video and photo content:
- Development and implementation of creative ideas for video and photo projects.

- Creation and editing of videos using editors such as Adobe
Premiere Pro / Adobe After Effects (if necessary).
- Adaptation of text content for use in video projects, including
subtitles and voiceovers.
- Independent creation and editing of photos and videos for use in
social networks.
- Active participation in the process of creating video projects for marketing purposes.
- Providing incompliance of the created video and photo content with the corporate
identity and brand strategy.
7. Work with video adaptation (communication with the corporate office, adaptation of texts, work with partners, script writing).
8. Active monitoring and response to materials published by clients on fan
pages in social networks. Communication with clients in the messengers of the official
pages of the company.
9. Development and implementation of new promotions, contests, applications, surveys and initiatives to increase interaction with the audience.
10. Active participation in forums and blogs on the topic of beauty, health, work, hobbies,
organization of leisure and others.
11. Finding and collaborating with bloggers and online journalists, including creating materials for brand and product promotion.
12. Preparation of briefs for the development of press packs for the promotion of new products and
analysis of results. Preparation and maintenance of newsletters for opinion leaders.
13. Development and publication of materials for Independent Beauty Consultants to
promote social networks as a tool for finding clients and business
partners.
14. Participation in the preparation and holding of special training events (webinars) for Independent Beauty Consultants for the purpose of learning how to work with social
networks and digital tools.
15. Ensuring the implementation of the corporate information security policy in
social networks.
16. Monthly monitoring of interesting Internet projects of competitors with further
presentation of results at department meetings.
17. Conducting interviews with Independent Beauty Consultants and creating
compatible publications.
18. Participation in the preparation and holding of special events of the Company.
19. Maintaining and reconciling supporting financial documentation.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to work effectively with social media analytics tools
to measure and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Excellent communication skills that include both verbal and written
communication.
- Impeccable literacy, verbal and written communication skills thoughts
in Ukrainian.
- High skills in creating photo and video content for social networks.
- English – Intermediate and above, with literary translation skills.
- Active use of social networks in everyday life.
- Creative thinking and the ability to create unique graphic design.
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Acrobat Professional.
- Creative approach to solving tasks.
- Proactivity in work and initiative.
- Responsibility, attentiveness, punctuality, ability to work in a team,
effectively respond to agreed solutions.
- Experience working with clients (providing information, answering questions, solving
problems), ability to communicate effectively with users and representatives of
third-party organizations.
- Knowledge of trends and innovations in the field of social networks and digital marketing,
ability to adapt strategies according to changes.
- Clear understanding and compliance with information confidentiality.
- Organizationand participation in online events such as webinars, Q&A sessions, or other
formats for interacting with the audience (will be a plus).
- Experience in creating and managing advertising campaigns in social networks,
including setting up and monitoring advertisements (will be a plus).
- Knowledge of video editors (Adobe Premiere Pro / Adobe After Effects) will be a plus.
- Higher education.
- Experience work - 2-3 years in the field of SMM or digital marketing (preferably in an
international company).
