As Digital Campaign Manager Team Lead, you will develop processes, collaborate with Product Marketing Managers and Content/Design Hub, and coordinate with regional marketing and sales departments to ensure effective campaign planning and lead conversion tracking, etc. In addition, you will manage your own campaigns, supervise a team of two Digital Campaign Managers and ensure consistent and seamless delivery of marketing services across the organization and to different customer segments.Responsibilities: Create, optimize and document the overall campaign management process and standardize the quality of service delivery in a team with proper documented processes created together with your internal stakeholders Manage your own digital campaigns, support the team and manage it Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns that meet the customer's purpose and target audience Select and use appropriate digital channels, including social networks, email marketing, SEO/SEM, content marketing, webinars, media advertising, etc. to build seamless work with customers Monitor creation of interesting digital content, including advertising texts, visual images, videos and landing pages Effectively manage budgets campaigns, allocating resources for maximum return on investment (ROI) Identify and segment target audiences based on Firmographics, Viseven segmentation, customer behavior and preferences Monitor and analyze campaign performance with analytical tools, gain insights for data-driven decision making Conduct A/B testing and experiments to improve campaign elements and strategiesIdentify and implement improvements to increase conversion digital campaign Ensure that campaigns meet legal and regulatory standards, including data protection and advertising guidelines Collaborate with the CX & MarTech manager to automate processes, ensure seamless capture of leads in CRM, assist in creating a standard lead evaluation process Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor strategiesin order to maintain a competitive advantage Requirements: 5+ years of experience creating and managing B2B digital campaigns and managing a team Upper-Intermediate English proficiency+Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, business or related fields. Advanced degree (e.g. Masters in Digital Marketing) or relevant certifications (e.g. Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) preferred Experience with digital marketing channels including social media, email marketing, contextual advertising and content marketing Strong data analysis skills for interpretation campaign performance indicators and obtaining conclusionsKnowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including advertising platforms (for example, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads), marketing automation tools and analytical software What do we offer?
