IQOS (Philip Morris Ukraine) on behalf of its partner is looking for Digital Analyst (E-commerce).
In this role, you will deep dive into evaluating digital journeys, building models and automated reporting for web, bots and paid media, support A/B tests, and connect data and people.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Manage Google Analytics & GTM implementations for Web & Bots (including events, goals and funnels) in order to evaluate & measure customer behavior across the journey
- Develop & implement of tagging plans where appropriate
- Visualize the data & prepare reports in a native & ease to use way (connections the Looker, PowerBi or other tools)
- Support paid media initiatives (reports, dashboards, tags etc)
- Set automated reporting for all digital activities
- Training and upskilling wider digital team to improve data usage and visibility
REQUIREMENTS ON HARD SKILLS & EXPERTISE:
- Native user of Google Analytics, Looker Studio, BigQuery & PowerBI (Tableau)
- Good technical knowledge and understanding of tracking systems (Google Campaign Manager)
- Experience with competitor benchmarking tools (e.g. SimilarWeb)
- Experience with SQL, Python
- Experience with A/B testing and personalization tools (VWO, Optimizely, Adobe Target, etc) would be a plus
- Previous digital marketing experience or understanding the way how channels are connected and affect each other would be a plus.
- Experience in the use of ticketing systems and project management tools like Confluence, Jira would be a plus
- English - at least upper-Intermediate.

- Responsible, disciplined, able to work independently taking full ownership of the tasks.
- Able to structure information and take data driven decisions.
- Consumer centric and used to back up understanding of consumer behavior by data.
- Ability to switch between multiple projects.
