Wezom , an IT powerhouse in the realms of web development and internet marketing, is seeking an exceptional individual to join our dynamic team as a Team Lead DevOps Engineer .
We pride ourselves on crafting triumphs within Ukraine and abroad, partnering with esteemed brands, and establishing a solid presence in the United States, Germany, and Poland. Responsibilities- Experience in a leadership role as a Team Leader for at least 2 years (People Management, hiring/firing, process improvement, reporting).
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab, and others.
- Deploy and manage microservices on Kubernetes and maintain Kubernetes infrastructure.
- Automate infrastructure using tools like Helm, Ansible, and Terraform.
- Monitor system health and logs, setup alarms, and ensure system reliability using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and the ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana).
- Develop scripts for automating daily tasks using Bash, Groovy, and Python.
- Manage source code versioning and deployments with GitLab.
- Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies.
- Handle code deployments in all environments.
- Provide Level 2 technical support.
- Document and design various processes; update existing processes.
- Improve infrastructure development and application development.
Requirements:
- Managing a team of two DevOps engineers.
- Setting up workflows in the DevOps functional area.
- Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role in software development and system administration.
- Strong experience with Linux infrastructures, Docker, and AWS.
- Solid experience in administrating and deploying development CI/CD tools such as Git, GitLab, Jenkins, or similar.
- Extensive experience with Kubernetes and cloud services.
- Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic, and network analytics tools.
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Groovy.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure is a plus.
