We are establishing an R&D center in Kyiv, and are looking for top talents to join our team.RESPONSIBILITIESOversee the management and maintenance of our cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to ensure high availability, scalability, and security Manage DevOps team to ensure highest standards of team’s performance Architect, construct, and manage containerized environments using Kubernetes for the seamless deployment and orchestration of microservices Collaborate closely with software development teams to optimize the CI/CD pipeline and implement automated build, test, and deployment processes. Develop and uphold infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform to automate the provisioning and configuration of cloud resources Deploy and administer configuration management tools like Ansible to guarantee uniform and efficient deployment across various environments. Monitor system performance, pinpoint potential bottlenecks, and proactively optimize and enhance overall system reliability Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, application, and deployment issues promptly Participate in the on-call rotation with the DevOps team, addressing alerts and incidents beyond regular business hours Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and best practices in DevOps, cloud computing, and containerization REQUIREMENTS5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or equivalent2+ years of experience in leading of DevOps team Proficient in containerization technologies, particularly Kubernetes, with a track record of managing containerized environments Mastery of infrastructure automation using Terraform for cloud resource provisioning Profound understanding of configuration management tools, especially Ansible Solid grasp of CI/CD concepts and experience implementing CI/CD pipelines Familiarity with version control systems like Git and their integration with CI/CD pipelines Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, or similar languages for automation purposes Experience with monitoring and logging tools to maintain system health and performance Adaptable and resilient mindset, capable of adjusting priorities and embracing new challenges and technologies as business needs evolve Excellent problem-solving abilities and adeptness at collaborating within a team-oriented environment Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical fieldUpper-Intermediate proficiency in English NICE TO HAVESHands-on expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP)WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOUModern office in Podil with an uninterruptible power supply and the InternetPersonal time off (21 business days of paid vacation, unlimited sick leaves, paid days on special occasions)Public holidaysHealth insurance with the broker which is available from the first month of cooperationLife insurance with the broker which is available from the first month of cooperationModern technical equipmentEnglish courses with native speakersUkraine-based educational programsSports activities reimbursementCorporate entertainmentsHappy hours on FridaysGig contract support Show more Show less Position level Not applicable Type of employment Full time Job duties Engineering Industries Construction works
