DevOps Engineer in Wix

Job DescriptionAs a DevOps Engineer at Wix, you’ll play a pivotal role in our cloud infrastructure group, driving the development, optimization, and maintenance of our cloud-based infrastructure. You will:Design, implement, and maintain scalable and reliable cloud infrastructure solutionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective cloud solutionsManage infrastructure of Kubernetes from different flavors on top of AWS cloud at scale. Use your expertise in Linux and networking fundamentals to enhance system performance, security, and reliabilityImplement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices to ensure consistency and efficiency in deployment processesTroubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to cloud infrastructure and servicesQualifications:You have at least 5 years of experience working in live production systemsYou have hands-on experience with Kubernetes as a cluster administrator. You have experience in Linux and are well-versed in networking fundamentalsYou’ve proven experience with AWSYou have strong knowledge of provisioning and configuration management systems (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Chef, etc.)You’re familiar with scripting languages like Python and BashYou’ve experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana)You have strong communication and collaboration skillsAbout The TeamWe are Wix’s Infrastructure Guild.
