DevOps Engineer in Kindgeek

Пряме повідомлення учасника, який розмістив вакансію, з Kindgeek Iryna Sliekas Talent Sourcer/ Talent acquisition We are looking for a DevOps Engineer who has:4+ years of experience in administering/DevOps in a Linux/Unix environmentStrong knowledge and experience with solutions based on Linux systems and Cloud solutions (AWS as plus);Strong knowledge and experience with containerized workloads and services Docker, Docker Swarm and Kubernetes;Experience with automatic deployment tools such as Ansible, Terraform;Experience with databases like MySQL, PostgresSQL, Redis, DB Clustering etc (Clickhouse as a plus);Experience with monitoring tools (Grafana/Prometeus/CloudWatch etc.);Experience with logging tools (ELK stack etc.);Strong knowledge of Networking: network topologies and common network protocols and services (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP(S), SSH, SMTP, IPMI, L2/L3 layers);Good knowledge of message broker tools such as Kafka, RabbitMQ etc;Robust skills with CI/CD tools such as Gitlab CI;Robust scripting skills such as: Shell (Bash), Golang, and Python;Storage/filesystems: nfs, RBD, Ceph, ext*, xfs, raid*;Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment;Version Control: Experience administrating version control systems such as GIT;Excellent communication and team skills;Intermediate level of English.RESPONSIBILITIESAs a DevOps Engineer, you will:​Building and setting up new development tools and infrastructure;Understanding the needs of stakeholders and conveying this to developers;Working on ways to automate and improve development and release processes;Testing and examining code written by others and analyzing results;Ensuring that systems are safe and secure against cybersecurity threats;Identifying technical problems and developing software updates and ‘fixes’;​Working with software developers and software engineers to ensure that development follows established processes and works as intended;​Planning out projects and being involved in project management decisions;Implementing IaC (Infrastructure as Code);Supporting development teams in delivering objectives;Practicing a DevOps culture of automation;Researching, experimenting, and utilizing leading cloud methodologies and new tools for increased productivity, security, reliability, and performance;Providing proficient documentation and operating guidance.ABOUT PROJECTDescriptionIs an online betting platform that allows users to bet on various sports and casino games.Kindgeek team has conducted the Infrastructure Audit for this project. This Infrastructure Audit provides a vision of Infrastructure upgrades and improvements, guidance and mentoring on new Infrastructure implementation and migration processes.Currently, the project is at phase of new Infrastructure setup. New infrastructure is in the process of active establishment and the person who we’re looking for is going to be actively involved in this process, which is a great benefit of this project.
