DTEK Networks is a leading energy company in Ukraine that distributes electricity throughout Ukraine.The Company's employees provide light and comfort in the homes of Ukrainians every day, and enterprises with the opportunity to work and develop.We are looking for a DevOps engineer in the Operations Technology DepartmentWith Us You Will ReceiveOfficial employment, decent salary and bonuses based on work results;Paid vacation and sick leave;Health insurance after the probationary period;Training at the DTEK Academy (online courses, classroom trainings, master classes, closed clubs, professional communities);An energetic and friendly team;Your Main Tasks Will BeImplementation, configuration, support and scaling of infrastructure for cloud platforms.Implementation and support of CI/CD processes for developers.Monitoring and ensuring the operability of development environments, as well as the tools used.Constant cooperation with the development team, eliminating shortcomings and optimizing the operation of services.Monitoring and optimizing the performance of infrastructure, services/applications, timely response and troubleshooting.Automation, creation and management of instances.Ensuring high availability, reliability, and security of infrastructure and services.Server administration on Linux OS.Control and forecast the cost of cloud infrastructure and supporting tools.Organization and control of backup and recovery (RBR) processes.Identify and develop automation tools and scripts to improve development efficiency.Creation and maintenance of technical documentation on infrastructure management, including a backup plan.Compliance and enforcement of information security rules.Participation in projects to implement new innovative technologies and solutions.We would be happy to see you in the team if you have:Higher education (IT or technical).At least 3 years of experience in DevOps.Administration of web servers on Linux OS for at least 3 years.Experience in deployment automation, scaling (Auto Scaling) and high availability infrastructure management.Experience with cloud services.Experience in configuring and supporting high-load services and servers.Experience with Nginx, Apache, IIS web servers (proxy, caching, load balancing, php-fpm).Experience with containerization solutions (Docker, Kubernetes).Experience installing and configuring Sphinx (full-text search system).Experience in database configuration and clustering, database optimization and load balancing (PostgreSQL, MariaDB) — Galera Cluster, MSSQL.Experience in configuring load balancing (Nginx) and replication for web servers. Experience with CI/CD (preferably Azure DevOps + GitLab).Knowledge and use of Git.Knowledge of scripting languages for automation (Python/Bash/PowerShell).Infrastructure as Code (IaC) deployment. OS management and configuration using Ansible.Experience in VPN and routing configuration. SMTP server configuration and administration.Experience configuring and working with the Redis caching system.Experience with logging and monitoring systems (Grafana, Prometheus, Elasticsearch logs, etc.).Experience implementing backup of cloud infrastructure and development services/applications.The level of English proficiency is not lower than Intermediate.Systems thinking, communication skills, organization, and decision-making skills.Commercial Work ExperienceDevOps engineer for at least 3 years,with Databases (PostgreSQL, MariaDB, MSSQL) - 2 years.Administration of web servers on Linux OS — 3 years .Additional RequirementsUnderstanding of DevOps methodology, principles and practices. Experience with AWS/Azure cloud platforms is desirable.Understanding and configuring CI/CD automation.
