DevOps Engineer in Koval A. G., FOP

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer who is ready to join our team and work on engineering tasks in a manufacturing company. If you have extensive experience in process automation, infrastructure management and a desire to implement DevOps best practices, we invite you to cooperate.

Candidate requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in a similar position.
• Working environment: Jira, Confluence, Git, GitHub, VS Code, AWS, Terraform, Linux.
• High level of communication skills with different categories employees.
• Willingness to work with engineering tasks in a manufacturing company.

Soft skills:

• Ability assess current processes, identify deficiencies and propose improvements.
• Ability to analyze large volumes of data and logs to diagnose the causes of failures or delays in systems.
• Willingness to respond quickly to changes in infrastructure or requirements.
• Proactive approach to work.

Technology stack:

• AWS, GCloud.< /li>
• CI/CD Pipelines: GitHub Actions.
• Docker, Kubernetes (K8s).
•  InfluxDB, Grafana, Elasticsearch, Kibana.
• pytest for Python.
• Preferred: knowledge of AWS IoT Core or Azure IoT.

Responsibilities:

• Automating CI/CD setup processes for building, testing and deploying applications.
• Monitoring system performance and implementing tools for logging and data analysis.
• Assuring continuous integration and optimization of processes to improve efficiency development.
• Infrastructure management, including configuration of servers, containers, and cloud resources.
• Implementation of security practices such as data encryption, access control, and standards compliance.
• Using infrastructure as code using Terraform or Ansible to automate infrastructure management.
• Organizing backups and configuring data recovery processes.
• Optimizing system performance, eliminating bottlenecks in infrastructure.
• Managing software updates to ensure smooth operation of systems.
• Collaboration with teams of developers and testers to coordinate requirements and resolve technical issues.
