DevOps in MODUS X

We are looking for a DevOps Specialist to join our us and will help bring a number of existing and new projects to a new level. You will have to work on implementing new technologies and optimizing current processes. As part of project teams, you will be engaged in: Interact with multiple development teams and the existing DevOps team

· Be a technical expert for the project team

· Create automated CI\ CD pipelines for delivering applications and infrastructure to development, testing and production environments.

· Improve existing CI/CD processes

· Solve problems and get rid of blockers in the pipeline to support flow

· Provide the necessary technical support for the development environment and the developers themselves

· As part of infrastructure setup tasks, set tasks to the infrastructure support team, monitor and delegate their implementation

· Ensure the deployment of new infrastructure components, automate the setup of monitoring, backup processes, etc.

· You will directly participate in building DevOps\SRE\DevSecOps processes and culture in an Enterprise level company.

Position functions:

— setting up and ensuring the CI\CD process in projects

— implementation of the change process and updates in the solution environment

— diagnosis and resolution of operational problems, monitoring settings

— settings of product, test, and integration environments , support of quality assurance teams, developers

- participation in system modernization projects and integration with other related systems

- support and up-to-date maintenance of configuration management bases, knowledge within the scope of system application

— interaction with system integrators, cloud providers, other development participants — development of operational documentation and instructions

Education:

Higher degree: computer technology, telecommunication systems and networks, applied mathematicsa, system programming

Professional competencies:

— Knowledge and understanding of DevOps\DevSecOps, GitOps, Scrum, Agile< /p>

— Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (GitHub actions, GitLabCI, etc.) in the development and support of CI/CD processes for applications deployed in the cloud

- Experience with monitoring and remediation systems (eg Prometheus, AWS CloudWatch, ELK stack, Azure Monitor and Log Analytics, etc.)

- Administrator-level knowledge linux-based systems (Ubuntu \ RedHat) and automated scripting

- Hands-on experience with IaC using automation tools/configuration management systems (eg Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, Azure Resource Manager )

— Practical experience in providing and deploying cloud infrastructure in Azure;

Using services: Azure Service Bus, Azure Cosmos DB, Azure Function, Azure Cache for Redis, Azure SQL, AKS, Azure high-performance computing etc

-Practical experience in providing and deploying cloud infrastructure in AWS;

Use of services: Lambda, ECS, EKS, RDS, ELB, EC2, etc.

- Knowledge and understanding of technologies related to development under k8s (azure kubernetes service, elastic kubernetes service, ArgoCD, nginx, elk stack, grafana + Prometheus, cert-manager)

— Practical experience of working with highly loaded systems

- Knowledge of the English language and upper-intermediate level and above

Will be a plus:

— understanding of setting up the process of building and distributing mobile applications (Android, iOS)

— experience working with solutions based on .net core, java containers

— advanced knowledge (at the DBA level) of the working principles of MS SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Azure Queues and Service Bus Queues, experience in their administration and diagnostics

- experience of working with a large corporate business
