U in connection with the expansion of activities, we are looking for a manager of assortment development in the commercial department: sockets and automatic switches.

Market analysis to identify trends, new products and opportunities for product expansion.Interaction with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure competitive pricing and delivery terms.Negotiate procurement and terms supplies.Monitoring the range of competitors and making proposals for its improvement.Development of proposals for improving the product portfolio.Cooperation with the marketing department for the development and implementation of promotional campaigns for new products.Preparation of reports on sales, product balances and assortment efficiency.Education of personnel on new products and their characteristics. Requirements for the candidate:
- Experience in the field of assortment development or procurement (preferred).
- Knowledge of the electrical goods market, in particular sockets and automatic switches ( preferred).
- Analytical skills to assess the market, competitors and trends.
- Communication skills to effectively interact with suppliers and internal teams.
- Ability to work with high volumes data and reporting.
- High level of organization and the ability to work in multitasking conditions.
- Knowledge of the English language at a level sufficient for negotiations (preferred).
