What will be included in your duties: Organize educational processes. Create a cohesive and effective team at the school. Control the financial activities of the school. Professional communication and support of parents in relation to the educational process. Ensure the full complement of the location — 120+ students per 1 classroom. Ensure high conversion of training records — more than 70%. Preference is given to candidates who have experience working in a call center and in sales, have worked with SRM, have leadership skills.
