Development Head (Construction, Rent) in AVTEK

Requirements :

• Higher education in the field of construction, architecture, urban planning or adjacent areas.
• Experience in managing developer projects from 5 years.
• Knowledge of the basics of Ukrainian legislation in the field of urban planning, architecture, land relations and regulation of real estate rights.
• Experience with government authorities and government agencies
• Ability to work with large amounts of data, analyze and draw conclusions about the development and profitability of the projects.
• Effective communications (coordinating the work of the customer team and participants of the projects (projects, contractors, relevant state bodies, etc.).

Managing Developch Projects:

• Ensure the documentation of the project and obtain permits in the relevant state bodies/institutions.
• Development and approval of projected object documentation

• Reassay objects for rent
• Analysis of the real estate market, ensuring profitability of objects (tariffs, conditions)
• Customer Management, Optimization/Automation of Processes in Development.
