Designer-videographer, specialist in educational content in Pro recruitment

We are looking for a creative and systematic Specialist in the development of educational content who will take on a key role in creating a professional educational environment of a miltech company.

In the field of defense technologies, speed and the quality of knowledge transfer are critical, so your work - from creating technical presentations to editing training videos - will directly affect the effectiveness of team training.

The role involves responsibility for transforming complex methodological materials and technical documentation into understandable, visually appealing and actionable content. This is a role for a specialist who combines the skills of a designer, videographer and methodologist, able to work in conditions of multitasking and high quality standards.

Your key tasks:

• Creation of visual educational content: development of professional presentations, graphic elements and animations based on technical documentation;
• Full-cycle video production: creation of animation and information videos, organization of the shooting process, shooting, editing, color correction and development of audio accompaniment for educational videos;
• Design of handouts: development of brochures, questionnaires, forms and participation in the creation of branded products of the company;
• Development of the LMS platform: improvement of the visual and procedural part of the corporate online resource for training;
• Expert monitoring: tracking trends and new methods in the field of L&D to implement innovative approaches to training;
• Knowledge formation: participation in the creation of a corporate library and gathering feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of developed materials.

Competencies and expectations from the candidate:

• Technical expertise: confident mastery of the Adobe suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Animate). Skills in working with Blender, Moho or similar;
• Presentation skills: experience in creating professional presentations in Power Point, Canva at a high visual level;
• Analytical abilities: ability to process large amounts of information, decompose tasks and isolate the main thing;
• Proactivity and teamwork: the ability to work for a common result, make quick decisions and communicate with specialists of different levels;
• Languages: English at the level of Intermediate (B1) will be advantage.
