Video creative designer in the media buying team in Wayne

We are looking for a creative / designer in the media buying team (white vertical).

We need a person who will create advertising creatives according to the technical task from Bayer, quickly implement them and help with hypothesis testing.

What you need to do:

• Create video creatives according to the TK from bayer

• Work with video in CapCut (experience will be a big plus)

• Make creative variations for tests

• Promptly make edits based on team feedback

What is important to us:

• Understanding what tests, hypotheses and scaling

• High level of responsibility

• Ability to work without constant supervision

• Teamwork and adequate perception feedback

Conditions:

• Full-time

• Remote

• Stable work in the white vertical

Payment:

• Payment for completed TK (for creatives)

• On average 10,000 - 40,000 UAH / month depending on the volume of tasks
