We are actively growing and implementing very cool projects, so we are currently looking for a creative specialist in the development of advertising creatives to join our team.

What we expect from you:

• Mandatory experience in developing static and video creatives (exclusively for advertising campaigns) from the 1st year.

• Experience of working with advertising/marketing/pr agencies in any format (full-time/part-time/outsource)

• Understand how online advertising and Digital marketing work.

• Be creative to generate new ideas. We strive to introduce trends and approaches, not just copy-paste others.

• Amazed and permanentth analysis of visual content.

• English Upper-intermediate and above will be preferred.

• We rely on your experience, but which candidates work with: Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects.

What tasks await you:

• < span style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">Production of advertising creatives for the agency's clients according to the ready TK. TK is set by the team leading the project.

• Generation of ideas for the development of creatives according to TK.

• Work with the product team on a permanent basis improvement of performance results of creatives. We have many ideas - we lack a specialist who can implement them.

• Using analytics and feedback from the product team to continuously improve creative performance.
