Together with As a social worker, you will become part of a team that creates honest and useful content, reflects the real state of affairs and is aimed at disseminating historical truth, strengthening public security and Ukrainian culture. Most of the work is related to the Suspilne Kultura website and social networks. We work with music, art, literature, heritage and culture in a broad sense - so we need someone who can translate these stories into expressive, contemporary and recognizable visual formats for different audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creation of collages, visual cards, covers for website and social media materials.
• Development of visual solutions for special projects in the direction of culture.
• Adaptation of designs for various platforms (site, Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, etc.).
• Working in a team of editors and producers, participation in brainstorms.
• Adherence to the visual style of the brand and offering new approaches.

Requirements:

• Higher education (Bachelor, Master will be advantage).
• Experience as a designer from 1-2 years or a strong portfolio.
• confident command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma or similar tools;
• ability to work with photos, fonts, textures;
• compliance with copyright and understanding of working with other people's visual materials;
• understanding of the principles of visual communication and compositions;
• responsibility, creativity, ability to work with deadlines;
• interest in cultural and media topics is a big plus and advantage. format).
