We are Ukrainian marketing creative agency DoBa.digital, which works with projects in the service niche and with personal brands. We make cool strategies and campaigns and want everyone to know about our clients.
Design is a huge part.

We cooperate with clients on the Ukrainian and English-speaking markets.

Requirements:

• excellent command of graphic programs. It is not important to us in which programs the specialist works, the main thing is that he performs his tasks well;

• excellent knowledge of the basics of photo composition, + video at the basic level , 

• adaptation of materials to different sizes and formats,

• impression and having one's own vision of the visual concept

Responsibilities:

• Creation of static and dynamic creatives, including basic editing of simple videos ;

• Visual design of the Instagram feed, including covers for riles and post design, more complex video editing, if it cannot be done by an SMM specialist;

• Creation of brandbooks and logobooks:

• Photo processing for posts or creatives;

• Visual design of stories according to a clear content plan and technical specifications;

• Developing an identity if the client does not have it;

• Ability to work according to the assigned TK;

• Monitoring trends in design and SMM;

• Participation in the discussion of improving the visual concepts of the agency's projects.

  Salary depends on the number of projects the specialist manages. The rate is 10% of each project.
