Engineering and service company "Territory Service" invites for the job of "Designer, sales manager (object manager)".

Requirements:

• technical education (preferred)
• work experience in the field of heating, plumbing, ventilation and air conditioning (preferred);
• ability to calculate heating, plumbing, ventilation and air conditioning according to the technical plan of the room or directly according to measurements on the object;

Responsibilities:< /p>

• Conducting calculations and preparing estimates of engineering networks according to technical plans or after visiting the object;
• Creating a project
• Selling goods and services in the field heating, plumbing, ventilation and air conditioning;
• Working with suppliers (orders, prices, promotions, special offers; discounts)
• Working with clients in Bitrix 24 and Binotel programs;
• Maintenance of "turnkey" objects
