Short description implementing activities of TBPeopleUkraine within the project

TBPeopleUkraine implements a project aimed at increasing medical literacy, awareness and motivation of people affected by tuberculosis, as well as strengthening people-oriented and non-stigmatizing approaches in the field of providing medical and social services.

The project envisages the development and implementation of a comprehensive package of information materials, including printed and digital products for people with TV, medical and social workers and representatives of public organizations. The materials will be distributed through health care institutions, social services, as well as online channels, including the OneImpact Ukraine platform.

The purpose of the activity

Ensuring professional design and layout of project information materials from urachusfollowing the principles of accessibility, comprehensibility, human-oriented communication and an ethical, non-stigmatizing approach.

The purpose of the competition is to select a designer for the design and layout of informational materials for the purpose of ensuring their ease of use by people affected by tuberculosis, as well as by professionals who provide them with support. style="font-weight: 700; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">Employment

Part-time

Main job duties:

• design development and layout of a brochure with information about TB and MDR-TB treatment, available support services and patient rights;

• creating the design of information stands for placement in healthcare institutions;

• preparation of visual materials for digital communication channels and platforms OneImpact Ukraine;

• preparation of layouts for printing taking into account technical requirementsg;

• ensuring compliance of materials with the brand-style of the organization and the project;

• Requirements for candidates

  • proven experience in the field of graphic design and layout;

  • experience in creating printed and digital materials;

  • style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">

    responsibility, meeting deadlines, readiness for teamwork;

  • experience with social or medical projects will be an advantage.

  Підписанням та поданням своєї комерційної пропозиції учасник погоджується з наступним:

  учасник ознайомлений з даним оголошенням; 

  організація не зобов’язана приймати найкращу за ціною пропозицію чи будь-яку із отриманих пропозицій, до моменту підписання договору про закупівлю;

  організація не несе жодних зобов’язань по відношенню до учасників закупівлі або потенційних учасників закупівлі;

  організація залишає за собою право відхилити комерційні пропозиції всіх учасників процедури закупівлі;

  участь у конкурсі пов’язаних осіб або ж змова учасників конкурсу забороняється. У разі виявлення таких фактів, результати конкурсу  буде відмінено або договір з відповідним постачальником буде достроково розірвано в односторонньому порядку з поверненням всього отриманого таким постачальником за договором та відшкодуванням збитків;

  організація залишає за собою право залучити декілька консультантів з однієї області.

  Організатори конкурсу залишають за собою право заміни відібраного кандидата у випадку неякісного виконання завдань проєкту.
