PJSC "Concern Khlibprom"—a leading manufacturer of bakery products, TM Agrola, TM Bandinelli, TM Vinnytsia Hlib, TM Hlibna Khata, TM Ljubljana, TM 2GO announces a competition for filling the position:

Designer (Head of Department)

Basic Responsibilities:

• Engages in the development of new brands, rebranding of existing ones, as well as the creation of other visual communication materials determined by the Marketing Director (or category managers reporting to the Marketing Director) with the aim of promoting the Company's products and obtaining an economic effect.
• Prepares proposals for the formation of corporate style Company and corporate design of advertising products. 
• Follows the unity of the visual stylistics of the direction (brand), which is the most effective tool of commercial communication. 
• Cooperates with external specialized resources in order to solve the task, provided that the internal resource is not sufficient (determined collegially and including the marketing director). 
• Manages subordinates, helps them find the most effective solutions, performs operational control over their daily work. 
• Regulates the flow of tasks in order to make the most effective use of working time by employees of the design and packaging department in the direction from the most to the least priority (priority for the Company). 

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher education
• Work experience in a similar position (Head of department sector, designer)
• If you have experience in creating design for food products, it will be a big plus!
• Highly organized, attention to detail and responsibility.
