Who we are

Oxford Medical is a network medical centers for adults and children with almost 20 years of experience. We have 48 centers throughout Ukraine, 13 of them are in Kyiv and Irpen.

We are looking for a Senior Designer in the marketing team:

• Works in the Adobe graphic package (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Premiere Pro, After Effects);
• Works reliably in 3D editors (editor not important);
• Knows Figma or Adobe XD and works with UX/UI design;
• Has experience working as a middle level designer;
• Knows how use the brand book, design systems or guidelines and developed them personally;
• Able to adapt to the requirements of the creative market, modern communications and world trends in design;
• Able to work autonomously and understand corrections from the marketing director and shop floor colleagues;
• Able to listen to the needs of marketing communications, and be a trendsetter of visual style and brand communications.< /li>

The main duties we need:

Work in the marketing team on various communication and media projects:

• Development and implementation of Key-Visuals for various projects, promotional companies and services;
• Design of layouts for outdoor advertising, printing, handouts, forms, merch, web materials: banners, mailers, promo posts, promo pages, promo videos, graphic dies, animations for rils, etc.;
• 3D modeling: from assets for visuals to renderings of promotional materials and branding of premises;
• Video editing and simple character animations;
• Design and development of corporate style on a turnkey basis. Development of system design and logic for scaling corporate style by service areas, which would take into account the unique needs of each of the areas and media channels for their support and promotion;
• Illustrations of promo offers: from basic design to complex visualizations of ideas;

• Generation of ideas and solutions for projects and tasks based on marketing team briefs;
• Interaction in the composition of the marketing team with contractors who are hired additionally for separate narrowly directed tasks in the direction of creativity, design, production.

• Experience of working with brands and services in the healthcare category;
• Experience in the category of businesses that provide offline and online services;
• Experience of working and interacting with the marketing team.
