Design Team Lead in OMG Agency

We are looking for a Team Leader who will not only create visual magic, but also help the team achieve the best results!

Your future design team is professionals in the fields of SMM Design, Motion Design, Web Design and Design presentations.

Work schedule: full-time, hybrid.

Stages of interviews: communication with HR - test - main interview

WHAT SHOULD BE DONE:

• Manage the workload in your sub-team.
• Control deadlines, mock-up reviews, quality support.
• Implementation of workflows in Figma/Asana/Notion. Control of cloud storage filling, transfer of all necessary materials from the manager to the designer.
• Communication with SMM, projects, accounts, creative.
• Mentoring, development of your designers, help in crisis situations.
• Adaptation of newcomers, transfer of knowledge.
• Active participation in the preparation of tender proposals, and management of 2-3 projects.
• Conducting 1:1 meetings, mentoring, supporting everyone's growth.
• Defending design decisions in front of clients or at internal meetings.
• Involvement in the development of individual development plans.

WE EXPECT YOUR REPRESENTATION YOU:

— Having a portfolio with cases you are proud of.

— From 1 year in the position of team leader or other leadership role in the design team.

—Ability to create style guides for products/advertising companies/brands

—In-depth understanding of visual communication principles, current trends and design standards.

—Experience in branding, developing visual strategies and creating system design.

- Confident mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Figma.

- Basic understanding of motion design and experience of cooperation with motion designers.

- Experience in creating content for social networks (Instagram, TikTok) and digital platforms.

- Understanding the basics of UI/UX design will be an advantage.

- High level of emotional intelligence: the ability to consider the needs of customers, teams and audiences.
