Design manager in Anex

Work format: Warsaw office, or Lutsk office

Responsibilities:

1. Preparation of materials for the production of printed materials:

• data collection and communication with engineers (regarding instructions, instruction texts, certification, tags, packaging, approval of these materials with engineers) ,

• communication with the design agency regarding the layout of materials (freelancers and one agency with which we constantly work),

• submitting materials for printing (checking files, printing control),

• preparation of specifications, namely - where what should be located on a cart or a box with printed materials (tags, instructions, boxes, stickers, hentegs). Selection of materials on which sew-on tags, hentegs, boxes will be printed, selection laces as needed or fastening to the stock for fabric catalogs,

• communication with product designers (collection of information).

2. Direction of printed advertising materials

• collection of content (textual and visual),

• coordination of descriptions with engineers,

• technical equipment preparation and transfer to design, design management,

• approval of final layouts and transfer for printing,

• approval of color printing and selection of printing house if necessary.

3. Direction of specifications: communication with managers, update of specifications.

4. Organization of designs for instructions, sewing tags, boxes, hentags, packages.

5. Planning, ordering gifts for the new year, composition, selection of designs, support for the production of new gifts in China.

Technical and professional skills:

• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop).

• Excel and Google Sheets.

• Understanding the requirements for printing materials (color proof, preparation of layouts).

• Ability to coordinate work with different departments (engineers, designers, marketers).

• Project management (task planning, meeting deadlines, communication with contractors).

• Quality control (checking files before printing, final product control).

• Experience of cooperation with printers, manufacturers.

• Ability to clearly formulate technical tasks for freelancers and agencies.

• Organization and attention to detail.

• English is above average.
