Five Jars is looking for an experienced Design Lead to drive Web and UI/UX design services within the company. You will establish new and enhance existing processes, grow the design team, contribute to the company's growth by providing project/department strategy and helping to execute it, and work with inspiring non-profit organizations as our clients. Experience in creating visually appealing and user-friendly web layouts is essential for this roleA portfolio with design examples (such as landing pages, wireframes, mockups, products, etc)Experience creating design systemsExperience managing and guiding a team of designers, mentorship experience within a design teamCapable of creating efficient design workflows, implementing design tools and
