Job DescriptionWe're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Design Lead to join our Kyiv Design Hub team. You’ll lead a team of designers through the entire design process, ensuring that the work aligns with Wix’s high standards of design excellence.In your day-to-day, you will:Lead design vision and strategy, ensuring consistency and qualityMentor the design team, providing feedback and fostering growthAct as Kyiv Design Hub's representative within the global companyEncourage creativity, pushing the boundaries of web designCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align design with project goalsEnsure high standards by reviewing and refining designsCommunicate design concepts and strategies to stakeholdersContinuously improve design processes and workflowsKeep up with the latest web design trends and technologiesQualifications6+ years of professional web design and brand experience with a strong portfolioProven experience in leading design teams and driving design strategyProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Photoshop, and IllustratorStrong collaboration skills with cross-functional teamsCreative problem-solving abilitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishA deep passion for web design and user experienceSelf-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a dynamic environmentAdditional InformationAt Wix Design Guild, we are a multidisciplinary in-house design studio of over 300 designers globally, with a mission to implement a cohesive and coherent brand strategy across all visual assets at Wix.
