Our ideal candidate:

• Sees global trends and understands where the design industry is going;
• Analyzes technological changes (AI, new interfaces, new learning formats);
• Forms a vision of the development of the direction for 1-3 years ahead;
• Is a public figure or is ready for it become;
• Influences the professional community.

We expect from the candidate:

• 5+ years in design (Product / Brand / UX/UI);
• Experience in forming a design strategy;
• Deep understanding of global trends in design and technologies;
• Experience in teaching, mentoring or building educational programs;
• Systemic and strategic thinking;
• Publicity;
• Ability to inspire and lead.
