In connection with the increase in the number of implemented objects and the large volume of reconstruction tasks, we are opening a competition for the vacancy "Project manager of HVAC systems, VC" .

Your Responsibilities:

• Maintenance of the full cycle of the project, support of the project at all stages (drafting of commercial offers, control of payment, control of internal contractor's work, shipment and delivery of equipment, signing of acts, control of receivables).
• Control over the fulfillment of deadlines and other terms of the contract.
• Monitoring the implementation of works under the contract, timely resolution of issues and control.
• Organization of work at all stages of project implementation.
• Interaction with representatives of the customer: technical, author supervision; labor protection.
• Contract work: acts estimates, additional agreements, etc.
• Participation in the preparation of tender documentation and feasibility studies.
• Preparation of commercial offers.
• Project management in CRM Bitrix24, MS Project.

It is your responsibility to:

• Synchronization of the work of all company departments on project implementation.
• Control and ensuring the implementation of the project budget.
• Project management in MS Project and Bitrix 24.< /li>
• Conducting meetings and meetings during the implementation of the project.

• Work experience of at least 5 years in a similar position, a specialist who knows how to and likes to communicate with people.
• A special advantage for you will be: work experience in a similar field, knowledge of the climate and ventilation equipment market, refrigeration equipment.
• Ability to work in software complexes: Bitrix 24; MS Project; Autocad.
