Deputy technical director in Alex House

We are ALEX HOUSE - a full-cycle company for the design and renovation of residential spaces on a turnkey basis. We are expanding the team and are looking for a strong operational leader who is able to maintain quality, time and margin control at the facilities.

Key purpose of the position

Ensuring stable and high-quality implementation of construction and renovation projects on time and in compliance with standards of the company and the target margin.

Area of responsibility (KPI)

• Control of quality and timeliness of work
• Ensuring a minimum of 50 man-days of work at the facilities every month
• Timely delivery of 2-3 AVR from the facility to month
• Achieving a project margin of 40% or more

Main tasks

• Participation in the agreement of commercial proposals
• Participation in the development of work plans
• Formation and development of the base of workers, crews and contractors
• Formation of schedules for the movement of crews between facilities
• Providing facilities with the necessary executors
• Independent involvement of workers for urgent tasks
• Control of the supply of materials and equipment
• Control of the circulation of building materials across facilities
• Control of the work of contractors
• Control of compliance with technologies and standards quality
• Making technical decisions at the facilities
• Control of compliance of works with the project
• Control of deadlines for submission of reports and AVR
• Photo and video recording of completed works
• Working with force majeure situations
• Acceptance of scope of work before delivery to the client
• Introduction of new works in the position
• Communication with clients as needed
• Improving the quality of projects through feedback from designers
• Organization of preparatory work
• Control of partial repairs without execution (additional %)
• Independently closing the client into a contract (additional bonus)
