• Ensuring efficient and smooth operation of the store;
• Sales and balance analysis;
• Personnel management, organization and control of internships and adaptations;
• Control of receiving/sending goods;
• Control of entrusted material values;
• Working with documentation (invoices, invoices, acts, etc.).

Professional and personal qualities that Our candidate MUST have:

• Successful work experience in a similar position for at least one year;
• Successful experience of personal active sales;
• Understanding the main performance indicators of the store and staff, the ability to manage them (indicators);
• Experienced user PC, necessarily knowledge of 1C;
• Orientation on the result. The ability to accept responsibility and initiate self-improvement;
• Empathy and a high level of emotional intelligence.
