• 2-3 years of experience as a deputy store manager (preferred beauty or clothing sector)
• Knowledge of sales indicators (UPT, ATV, Conversion, etc. )
• Knowledge of English at B2 level
• Very good knowledge of MS Office
• Ability to work in a team
• Extensive experience in customer service
• Ability to manage and motivate a team
