About the job
The ICRC Staff Health Unit seeks a competent Deputy Staff Health Manager to join our team in Kyiv. The Deputy Staff Health Manager serves as the primary point of contact for all health-related matters concerning ICRC staff within the delegation. In alignment with the ICRC Staff Health Strategy, and in close collaboration with on-site medical personnel, the Deputy Manager is responsible for promoting and safeguarding the physical and mental well-being of ICRC staff. The role involves the implementation of the Staff Health Strategy across key domains: Staff Health Policy, Health Promotion and Prevention, Emergency Preparedness and Case Management, Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS) for Staff, Crisis Management and Support
Quality, Control and Monitoring. The Deputy Staff Health Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the effective execution of these initiatives, contributing to a healthier and more resilient workforce.
