• Store personnel management (monitoring the performance of duties by employees);
• Performance of planned indicators;
• Analysis of assortment, analysis of sales and submission of proposals for new types of products;
• Inventory management, control of write-offs, control of product balances;
• Compliance with requirements standards of the HACCP system and internal documents of the company's management system within the limits of their functional responsibilities;
• Reporting.

Basic requirements:

• Higher or secondary special education (preferably in the field of trade);
• Work experience deputy manager or administrator;
• Experience in retail trade;
• Knowledge of the basics merchandising, product accounting;
• Data analysis skills;
• Knowledge of computer programs;
• Successful personnel management experience;
• Communication;
• Initiative;
• Ability to work for a result.
