• proven retail management experience (minimum 1-2 years)
• purposeful, result-oriented thinking
• highly developed organizational and planning skills
• ability to adapt the way of motivation, involvement and development to the team
• effective communication and formation of culture of openness

• driving profitable sales by meeting or exceeding established sales KPIs
• managing all areas of the store (operations, team, processes)
• creating a strong, high-performing team by recruiting, developing and retaining top talent 
• organization and planning of the team's working hours, execution of the store's routine and tasks
• responsibility for the inventory process and loss prevention area style="font-style: normal; font-weight: 400">
