Duties:

• Coordinate actions with project and programs manager to supervise the implementation of WHH in accordance with the proposal, work plan and budget. Provide partners for timely implementation of project activities. Regarding the budget in the financial departments in accordance with WHH procedures on the use of funds.
• to manage the daily tasksCTIs and Tasks, providing effective interaction with partners and carrying out regular visits to places to maintain high quality implementation and detection of gaps in potential.
• guarantee that all source data is reported accurately and effectively and according to 5w standards.

• To help the programs and technical advisers in the country in the development of new proposals as needed. Khmelnitsky, Poltava and office in Kyiv.  
• Provide administration of the office by providing support to visitors. Ensure the availability and functioning of office equipment for staff, organize settlements of workers and guests.
