Functional tasks:

• Take a direct part in setting tasks, estimating the scope of work for different types of tasks in SAP (development, customization, integration, testing, support), quality control of provided services, analysis of commercial proposals and technical specifications, etc. organization;

Our expectations from the candidate:

• Experience of working with SAP at least 5 years (of which at least 2 years - in management or coordination / consulting positions);
• Experience of successfully managing contracts with SAP suppliers (control of execution, approval of scope of work, acceptance of results);
• Higher education (information technology, economics, finance or related specialties);
• English language level not lower than A2;
• Deep applied knowledge of SAP (one or more key modules: FI/CO, MM, HR/HCM, BW/BI, etc.) - ability to personally analyze business processes and verify results implementation/support;
• Understanding of SAP architecture, module interactions and integrations with other systems;
• Experience in customer-side SAP implementation, migration or development projects;
• Knowledge of work scope estimation approaches for various types of tasks in SAP (development, configuration, integration, testing, support);
• Understanding of pricing and contract models in the field of SAP (Time&Material, Fixed Price, SLA support, etc.);
• Skills to control the quality of services provided, analysis of commercial proposals and technical specifications;
• Skills of budget planning for SAP development and support, preparation of cost justifications;
• Management and communication skills;
• Result orientation;

Would be preferred:

• Work experience in large organizations or the financial sector;
• Knowledge of the specifics of SAP S/4HANA and migration projects;
• SAP certifications (SAP Certified Application Associate, Project Manager, Solution Architect, etc.).
