I am 33 years old, and I have been in the bodo team for 12 of them. He started his career from the position of "Salesman-consultant". I worked for 2 years, then became the deputy head of retail outlets and now I have been the head of retail for 8 years.

Now about our requirements for the specialist I am looking for:
- Has at least 2 years of experience as a manager/director or administrator shop.
- Communicative: can negotiate with both the smart and the crazy.
- Proactive: if he notices a problem, he looks for a solution and fixes it.
- A solid energizer: boring and gloomily, I ask you not to worry - you and I are not on the same path.
- Responsible: keeps under control all the processes he is engaged in.
- Without harmful habits (in particular: IQOS, glo, disposables, vapes, etc.).
IMPORTANT: Everyone, including me, work in an office full time. There is no remote work or hybrid schedule.
What you will do:
- Manage retail outlets.
- Ensure the implementation of the plan for additional sales - work on increasing sales, working with scripts.
- Recruit personnel for the sales point - publication of vacancies, telephone and personal interviews.
- Train sales consultants on the induction plan.
- li>Fire sellers who do not fulfill plans, violate work regulations.
- Ensure compliance with regulations at the speed of confirmation orders and feedback.
- Support and monitor the implementation of all regulatory procedures of the outlet.
- Control the operational activity of the outlet - control of all business processes at the outlet.
- Ensure the uninterrupted operation of retail outlets of the network
- Visit retail outlets in the regions.
- Continuous improvement of the department retail - by monitoring and making proposals for optimization of all business processes, improvement of knowledge bases, templates, checklists, work on deviations, etc.
How is the salary formed?
The salary of everyone in the company consists of a rate and a bonus part.
Salary for the training period (10 working days):
Rate 33,000 UAH.
Salary after training:
Rate 33,000 UAH + monthly bonus 5,000 UAH = 38,000 UAH
Salary after the probationary period (6 months):
Bet 40,000 UAH + monthly bonus 5,000 UAH = 45,000 UAH
About the trial period
He has been in this position for 6 months.
The salary during the trial period does not change in any way.
About our hiring process
I personally analyze all reviews and conduct phone and in-person interviews. I make decisions quickly and provide feedback (both follow-up and follow-up) immediately or the next day. I expect the same from the candidate .
