We are looking fordeputy head of the quality control department to the newly created procurement agency under the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine. The State Rear Operator (DOT) is a state agency that provides for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine .
Guided by the principles of integrity and people-centeredness, we supply food, property and fuel and lubricants for the needs of the military.
We are convinced that supplying the army should not only be interesting to the market, but also honorable. Our task is to develop an appropriate system of relations with suppliers, increasing the value of each invested hryvnia of the state budget.
Main job duties:
< ul>Development and implementation of quality programs at the Enterprise.
Development of the Enterprise's internal standards related to product quality and safety.
Control of drafting requirements for the subject of procurement and its manufacturer.
Control and conducting random checks of the quality of the supplied products.
Preparation of reports and analysis of the quality of delivered products.
Organization and participation in audits of suppliers and their subcontractors.
Participation in the development, preparation and introduction of changes related to product quality and safety indicators.
Representing the interests of the Enterprise in the field of quality in relations with consumers and suppliers.
Analysis of complaints. Development of a proposal to eliminate system inconsistencies.
Required skills and qualifications:
Higher education.
Experience in the field of product quality from 5 years.
Experience in conducting external and internal audits.
Knowledge of international standards ISO 22000, ISO 9001, IFS, BRC, FSSC.
Systematic thinking, multitasking ability.
Ability to work in a team and make decisions.
Excellent communication skills.
Technical knowledge and software:
A confident Microsoft user.
SAP experience is an advantage.
Ability to work in task trackers is an advantage.
Personal qualities and characteristics:
Proactive civic stance.
Zero tolerance for corruption.
Openness to new knowledge, new experience.
Place of work and schedule:
Full time.
Office in the city center.
