Deputy Head of Marketing Department in Alef, TPK

Requirements:

• Marketing experience from 3-5 years, experience of them minimum 1-2 years in the role of Tychida/Group leader;
• a deep understanding of digital marketing (Google Ads, Facebook ADS, SEO, CRM, EMAIL-Marketing);
• Financial Experience (Banks, MFI, Fintech, Investment)-will be an advantage;
• with analytics (Google Analytics, Power Bi, Excel, SQL - preferably);
• Leadership qualities, Ability to motivate the team and work for the result;

  • Marketing Team Guide (Context, Target, Content, CRM, SMM, PR);
  • Development and implementation of a marketing strategy; campaign, budget optimization;
  • Analysis of channel efficiency traffic;
  • Specialists and quality control;
