Deputy Head of Scientific and Analytical Activities and Medicinal Prices Monitoring in DERZhAVNIY EKSPERTNIY CENTR MINISTERSTVA OHORONI ZDOROV'Ya UKRAYiNI, DP

The main responsibilities and tasks of the deputy head of the department are:

- ensuring the monitoring of wholesale and selling prices for medicinal products that can be purchased by health care institutions that are fully or partially financed from state and local budgets. EU;

- ensuring the monitoring of prices for which state regulation of prices, according to producers, distributors and pharmacy networks; delegated to the department and department;

- calculations of marginal wholesale and selling prices for medicinal products included in the National List of basic medicinal products, and for which, according to the results of state assessment of medical technologies, the conclusion of the authorized body with recommendations for the inclusion of drug implementation of programs and implementation of centralized health care measures

- participation in the development and improvement of normative acts on the evaluation of medical technologies, as well as on other issues within the competence of the department; 

- participation in providing analytical support for monitoring of medicinal products;

- participation in the development of relevant documents to ensure the proper functioning of the OMT Department;

- the management of the work of the department in the absence of the head of the department. 

- Deputy Head of the Department for the fulfillment of the tasks assigned to him:

- provides information on prices for medicinal products for which state regulation is carried out, from business entities that carry out production, wholesale and retail sale by such means; 

- summarizes the data received from economic entities and analyzes the price situation; EC. means of obtaining, processing and transmitting information, knowing the basic principles of work on your computer and appropriate software, knowing the legislation on issues concerning the activities of the department and statutory tasks of the Center, Rules of Safety and Fire Safety, Occupational Safety.
