Coordinate work with the Deputy Head of Projects and Programs to ensure effective communication with implementing partners. Provide support to partners for timely implementation of project activities. Collaborate with Project and Program Manager to oversee coordination meetings with WHH project implementing partners. Report to the head of projects and programs on the progress of project implementation, identify problems and obstacles in a timely manner. Oversee the project budget, plan expenditures and make budget requests to finance departments in accordance with WHH procedures for the use of funds. Manage the day-to-day tasks of project and task specialists, ensuring effective engagement with partners and conducting regular site visits to maintain high quality implementation and identify capacity gaps. Ensure that all weekend reportingdata is carried out accurately and efficiently and according to 5W standards. Develop and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders and other strategic partners to facilitate strong community-based approaches. Make regular trips to other WHH offices as necessary to manage project teams. Manage the development of internal monthly project progress reports and update outcome trackers in coordination with the regional monitoring, evaluation, accounting and professional development specialist. Assist the program manager and in-country technical advisors in developing new proposals as needed. Collaborate with Project and Program Manager and Technical Advisors to ensure documentation and sharing of best practices, lessons learned and challenges. To be responsible for managing the office in Mykolaiv, as well as to be the coordinator between the offices in Mykolaiv, Poltava and the office in Kyiv. Ensure administration of office work by providing visitor support. Ensure the availability and functioning of office equipment for staff, organize accommodation for employees and guests. Carry out adaptation of new employees. Ensure coordination of interaction between departments related to project implementation and support departments. Ensure compliance with WHH policies (code of conduct, data protection, security). Facilitate communication and coordination with government agencies and local stakeholders. Requirements:
- Prior experience working with NGOs on economic recovery and livelihood programs.
- It is desirable to have an understanding of the current situation in Ukraine.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team
- The level of command of the English language in oral and written form is fluent.
