About the company

Modern production enterprise for the production of stretch film. We are working on the market of packaging materials, increasing capacity and strengthening the production team.

Main tasks:

• Ensuring uninterrupted production.

• Operative planning and distribution of production orders.

• Control of production supply with raw materials and materials.

• Coordination of shift work and production personnel.

• Control of compliance with technological regimes and recipes.

• Implementation of the production plan in terms of volume, quality and deadlines.

• Analysis of downtimes, shortages and deviations, implementation of corrective actions.

• Interaction with warehouse, supply, VTK and department sales.

• Control of production discipline and occupational health and safety requirements.

• Preparation of operational reporting.

Our expectations:

• Experience in the production of polymer products is mandatory.

• Desirable experience in polyethylene extrusion / stretch films.

• Experience in managing production personnel.

• Understanding production planning and equipment loading.

• Confident PC user (Excel, preferably 1C).

• Leadership qualities, systematicity, responsibility, result orientation.
