Deputy head, head of production at Bila Tserkva in Afendikov I.F., FOP

We are a trading and manufacturing company cooperating with Ukrainian and European clients.  We produce towel dryers and design radiators. We are currently looking for an organized, responsible and technically competentth specialist who will become an important part of our system for ensuring consistently high product quality. 

If you are from the occupied territories or from the east and are planning to move and work at our company, we are ready to partially compensate for the costs of housing rent. Terms are discussed during a personal meeting.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Organization of the production process with a team of professionals;
• Control over subordinates' compliance with the disciplinary regime and safety techniques;
• Providing employees with a high-quality full-fledged workplace and living conditions;
• Organization and implementation of measures to modernize equipment and production processes;
• Quality control products and blanks at each stage of production;
• Implementation of the established monthly production plan of products.

Our wishes:

• Higher technical education;
• 2 years of experience in metalworking (mandatory);
• Excellent organizational skills;
• Knowledge of design programs;
• Recommendations from the last place of work (welcome).
