We are actively growing, so we are looking for a specialist who will become the right hand of the manager: he will take over operational management, systematization of processes and help develop the business. 

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in operational management or process management.
• Proficient in Excel (formulas, tables, basic analytics).
• Experience with task managers (Trello / Asana / Notion).
• Systematic, proactivity, high level of organization.
• Analytical thinking, ability to work with numbers and optimize processes.

Responsibilities:

• Optimization of internal processes and document flow.
• Analysis of financial indicators, work with reporting and revenue control.
• Coordination of the work of a team of lawyers and an accountant.
• Selection, implementation and control of the work of a task manager.
• Communication with clients and partners (service, loyalty, upsells).
• Development of KPI and implementation of a motivation system for the team.
